The building and project represent investments by Oreima Group, an expert, long-term investor in sustainable development.

Oreima would like to thank architects Ateliers 2/3/4/ (design and delivery), the environmental design office ARP Astrance, and Dumez Ile-de-France, Groupe Vinci, who completed the work as part of a contract with a ten-year guarantee, as well as everyone on the technical team.
